Guided tours
- Groups wishing a guided tour have to book. Reservations can be made:
- by phone from Monday to Friday from 9:15 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 17:00: +32 (0)3 860 75 24

- Guided tours are possible in Dutch, French, English, Spanish or German
- Given the venue, number of visitors is limited to 25 per group
- For a smooth service, please strictly respect the booked hours. All delays due to the group may lead to a shortened visit
- After booking, you will receive a confirmation, which needs to be signed. This signature finalizes your booking.
Admission fees
Groups have to count from 15 to 25 participants (per group of 25 people, it is mandatory to use a guide).
Guides for schools:
- € 3 (youngster) or € 4,5 (adult) per person + € 70 per guide (Monday to Friday)
- € 3 (youngster) or € 4,5 (adult) per person + € 80 per guide (weekends and holidays)
Guides for groups:
- € 3 (youngster) or € 4,5 (adult) per person + € 87 per guide (Monday to Friday)
- € 3 (youngster) or € 4,5 (adult) per person + € 97 per guide (weekends and holidays)
Cancellation is possible up to 5 business days prior to your visit. Cancellations at shorter notice will be invoiced.
